💙💙 "We Are All Different"💙💙
As part of the project funded by the French Development Agency and the European Union - MADAD and implemented by ACTED @actedlebanon @euinlebanon @AFD_france
We wrapped up February with an awareness session held at our AAA center to an amazing audience. The later was divided into two, where we had Clan St Jean Baptiste scouts and Pharmacy students, each having set a goal to know more about Autism Spectrum Disorder and about our activities to promote inclusion.
Covid19 has shaken the foundations of our world and basic determinants of health and that is why, we at AAA - Autism Awareness Association Lebanon, in collaboration with Volunteers Together, and through the generous donation of ACTED Lebanon, European Union in Lebanon, AFD - Agence Française de Développement, have reached out to the less fortunate by delivering 50 hygienic kits to 50 families in vulnerable areas.
During #lockdown and following the WHO’s and CDC’s recommendations on safe practices, as part of an end goal project that reached up to 1000 households across Lebanon.
Together we can fight the effects this pandemic has on humanity.
As we always say at #AAA, love needs no words, it needs actions !
